A Compassionate, Client-Centered Approach

As a licensed clinical social worker, my goal is to assist my clients in obtaining insight into their daily functioning in order to live a healthy and meaningful life. My practice specializes in working with clients with a history of grief, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, grief counseling and trauma-informed care, I empower my clients to develop healthy coping techniques and skills to manage their mental health.

My client-centered approach allows me to meet my clients where they are and help them achieve their objectives in therapy.
